This is my series about fitness. I am certainly no expert. Posts will be about what's working for me. There will definitely be running plans, flexibility, and basic weight lifting. You can also expect nutrition ideas, recipes, and, well, probably lots maybe a little bit of whining. ;-) I hope I have the courage to tell you about the failures.
If you'd like to read the premise for my journey, that's right here:

Here is one more post from my co-worker, Jay.
Day 2 💯 push-up challenge.
This is going to be hard!
Not just getting through the push-ups but everything that goes into it.
For example, last night my wife and I went to a great dinner with some friends!
I can easily say I over indulged, but the food was phenomenal!!
However, I can definitely feel the negative impact from poor diet choices today.
Not only physically, but even my mind and focus feel off.
Friends who are embarking on this journey for self improvement and encouragement, keep this in mind.
Everything in your daily habit can effect how you feel physically and emotionally and even spiritually!
It's going to effect how you perform when a challenge presents itself.
And guess what? Challenges are everywhere. Always!
Hopefully, as we go through this challenge together we can help each other to make positive choices.
Not just so we can face our daily challenge, but so we can face whatever life throws at us at our best!
Thanks, Jay! I definitely need to focus more on my daily habits!
