Travels with Marci on Highway 103

My full time job (besides blogging) has me on the road quite a bit these days, regularly buzzing around eight different counties here in Arkansas.  I am so very blessed to live in a beautiful area.  When something catches my eye, I snap a picture with my phone.  There's really no telling what I might photograph!  If you enjoy this series, you can find more on my blog page titled My Ozarks.

OK.  OK.  I snapped this photo while driving.  I know.  I know.  Don't snap and drive, BUT...  We were travelling at a wonderfully low rate of speed and no other traffic was anywhere nearby.

This is shot on Highway 103 south of Green Forest.  Prepare to see tons of photos from this little road.  To me, it is one of the prettiest drives around here.  I just love it when there is a tractor on the road.  First of all, tractors are seriously cool!  Secondly, I feel like God uses them as a reminder to slow down and take in the breathtaking beauty all around me.

Where have you been lately?  Did you get to see any tractors?

  1. Oh, this is great! I live in the country too and I needed to hear this. Unfortunately I'm the opposite of you. I get so annoyed when I get stuck behind a tractor on a country road.

Thank you for visiting my Stone Cottage! I love hearing from you! Just recently, though, anonymous comments have been blocked.
