Ginger Orange Honey Fruit Salad

Do you remember how to make Ginger Honey?  It's a great recipe.  This one is very similar.  We're just adding some orange.
Ginger plus Orange plus Honey - What's not to like?
Throw in some fruit like apples, mango, pineapple and red grapes.  Yeah, you could use just about any fruit.  Mmmm...  Tasty!  Here's what you do.

Ginger Orange Honey Fruit Salad
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Clementine Orange
About 1 inch Fresh Ginger Root
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Pink Lady Apple
1 Mango
16 oz. Fresh Pineapple
2 Cups Red Seedless Grapes

Grate the ginger into a small cup or bowl.  My little Microplane Gadget makes this super easy and super fast.
Zest the clementine orange into the same cup or bowl.  Did I mention the Microplane?
Pour the honey over the ginger and orange zest and stir.  Let it hang out while you chop the fruit.  Core and chop the apples.
Juice the orange over the apples and toss to coat.  This will keep the apples from turning brown.
Chop pineapple and mango.  Toss in the bowl along with the red grapes.  Add the Ginger Orange Honey and stir.

'Time for the fun part.  Start nibbling!
