Meet Hugo!
Handsome Fella.
He lives next door, but likes to come over for play dates with our pack of crazy, wild dogs! ;-)
There is just a chain link fence between our property line, so we frequently see all the animals gathered around visiting with each other. 'So sweet!
See Hugo Run! ;-)
When we go out of town, Hugo's family cares for our animals. If Hugo needs a babysitter, we are happy to help! It takes a village! ;-)
How do you and your neighbors work with each other?
;-) -Marci
Hugo is so handsome!! Its like he's grinning for the camera. My neighbors have a cute dog that loves to come straight to our fence. He gets out a lot but comes to me and I pick him up and take him home. One time Lila got loose and she ran straight to their yard so I was able to catch her.
ReplyDeleteWe found a doggy daycare when we go out of town called Camp Bow Wow. They're a large franchise in many states and I love them. They have a dog cam so I can see them while I'm away.
You are good neighbours. We don't have any pets right now because we are traveling quite frequently. but I wish we could replace our dear old cat someday soon. - Margy
ReplyDeleteFull of life is that one.
ReplyDeleteMerle.........
Great pictures! We have neighbors who have a dog who loves to visit too, even with the cat! She loves everyone! We also have other neighbors who come over to feed ours when we are gone and vise versa. Our dogs love Uncle Glenn!!! Thanks for posting such cute pictures!
ReplyDeleteI am so curious as to what breed Hugo is! My dog looks almost exactly like Hugo, and he's a rescue, so reading this was very interesting -- what a gorgeous pup! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures - we own a boarding kennel that just happens to be on the land with our home. Our neighbors love the fact that we bought this abandon property and have built the kennel. A couple of neighbors leave their four-legged kids with us frequently. Lately one of them has shown up at my front door before 7 AM. She usually never leave her yard - I tried to explain to her Dad (who happened to be frantically looking for her) - the kennels are a lot like Grandma's house, they get to run, play and have homemade cookies. We always walk these precious little ones home -
ReplyDeleteAwww, he is so cute! He reminds of my Vinny (a coonhound/beagle mix).
ReplyDeleteOh Marci, Hugo is adorable! The first photo looks like he is giving you a silly grin :) Thanks for sharing with Roses of Inspiration. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteso adorable! Dogs are just the sweetest most wonderful creatures :)
ReplyDeleteOh they look like they are having so much fun, how great for them to have friends so close
ReplyDeleteHi Marci. This is my first visit. Nice to meet you. I saw the puppy's sweet face on Stephanie's linky party and I had to click! I love dogs and enjoyed seeing the dogs play. Such fun!
ReplyDeleteHe's a fun and handsome-looking dog! Our neighbors clear our snow in the winter--and since my father is a welder, he fixes anything our neighbors need welded.
