Being Thankful...

Many of you read about our  Exciting News and then our Horrible Day .

There was a moment when I was staring out our dining room window crying, when my Handsome Husband suggested I write Thank You notes.  He is a wise man.

Expressing gratitude during this difficult time has been a healing balm.

God has sent angel after angel with just the needed item at just the right time. On several occasions, the angel was someone we had never met. While Thank You notes have been written, they just don't seem like quite enough.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for our family.  Thank you to the ones who have donated items or money.  Thank you for calling just to check on us and to say "I love you".  Thank you most of all to the ones who have hugged those precious children.  We are truly grateful.

Thank you!  ;-)  -Marci

  4. Somehow I had missed that post. I was really sorry for your family and very ashamed that having missed it I hadn't left you a message. It's a relief though to read that no one was hurt.
