We enjoyed the current exhibit, which happens to be Fashioning America. Gorgeous dresses from the 1700s all the way up to modern, red carpet apparel is on display. The craftsmanship is spectacular.
My Fabulous Aunt received tons of compliments on her vibrant jacket. Isn't she just the cutest?!
Crystal Bridges is a lovely museum any time.
'Funny story about this artwork. When we first walked up, there was no breeze and none of the mirror balls were moving. My question was whether or not they were anchored. A sweet lady and her little son walked up and we greeted them. Then I stepped around the little guard rail and gently pushed one of the mirror balls. It floated away. The adorable little boy looked at me in horror and said, "The sign says no touching."
Just so you know, any small breeze moves the mirror balls around the pond. For me, it was mesmerizing.
It was a great day! Where are your favorite museums?
