Our getaway in February began with one night in Memphis. We stayed at Big Cypress Lodge inside the Pyramid. Our room was lovely!
The Lookout view was pretty extraordinary, but very cold and windy on this particular day, which is really too bad! The bustle of Memphis and I-40 mixed with the slower traffic of boats and barges on the Mississippi River is really quite a sight. I'd like to go back when temps are a little higher.
