 Posting this throwback of me with Handsome Husband on a hike with our son and his dog.  There was a recent tragedy in our area.  A family was hiking at Devil's Den and both parents were murdered on a trail.  The children escaped and are safe with other family members.  Of course, if you have any information that might lead to the arrest of the criminal, please contact Arkansas State Police.

This is my second year growing Malabar Spinach.  As the more traditional varieties bolt and wither in the heat, Malabar is just getting started.  We love having salads fresh from the garden throughout the summer.
