Our news this week... 'Giving a shout - out to our awesome public library! Last week, I spent a wonderful morning with our cutie pie neighbor. First, we went to the library for their children's program and then to Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. Emery's behavior was just perfect. During one of the silly wiggling songs at the library, she turned to me and said, "I love this!" These photos are from my phone. I used my big camera at the Garden and plan a full blown post of it.

Burrowing Owl near Cimarron

Just to the east of Cimarron was a pretty large Prairie Dog Town and Handsome Husband saw a little owl. Y'all know what happened next. I shouted, "Stop the car!" ;-) It's a good thing I married a patient man.

Who's Mug Rug is This? craft room de stash challenge

Our news this week... 'Not much is happening with us these days. We are in the process of buying a pellet stove to replace our aging wood stove. Even though we have central heat and air, we both prefer the wonderfully dry wood heat when temps are low. It feels like a big purchase, so we are doing a lot of research. 'Any advice?
