Thankful

I thought you might enjoy a peek into my kitchen!  This sweet little banner was created just after Halloween when I was taking down my SPOOKY Garland!  Some of the leaves were actually in both!

Using the same paper, punches, stencil and raffia, it's pretty much a twin of the one from October.

It hangs over the kitchen sink as a gentle reminder of gratitude.  Today in the US, it is Thanksgiving.  Lots of families will gather and ask the question, "What are you thankful for?"  I feel very blessed to have folks stop in to visit me thru this humble little blog.  Thank you!  This blogging thing has been a big surprise for which I am very grateful.  And you?  What are you thankful for?  I'd love to hear about it!

Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. I love the banner! I am thankful for precious blogs like yours, my family, a safe country to raise my children, being able to share God's love, and all of the food I will eat today. :) Wishing you a day filled with peace, love, joy, and great food! <3
