Our news this week... Yesterday, our temperatures began in the 50's then plummeted into the 20's by early afternoon. This morning we are in the teens. I enjoy distance running and normally have my short runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Well, not this week! I ran yesterday to avoid this morning's bitter cold! How is your weather?

We've got our first ice storm closing down schools and making the roads treacherous this morning. It's going to be challenging to get all my steps in today!
