Our news this week...  Yesterday was beautiful here in Arkansas!  We spent most of our evening outside.  There are lovely tall oak trees on our property.  We picked up small branches that have been shed during winter.   Then we built a small fire with them and had a nice long chat.

Let's Party, People! Tuesdays with a Twist

Our news this week...  The two youngest grand daughters stayed with us Saturday night. We made cupcakes in honor of Groundhog Day.  Chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles for fur, and  marshmallows were cut to look like teeth and the whites of eyes.  Dried blueberries were added for the iris of the eyes.  Our sweet little girls worked on their cupcakes for about thirty minutes.  When finished, the oldest one said, "Those don't look like groundhogs."  We laughed and ate them anyway.  'Good memories!

Handsome Husband has been busy making smoked sausages.  Mmmmmm...
