The cutie pie next door πππ hats!
There are crazy amounts of fabric AND Butterick Pattern B5624 in my craft room.
This little hat whipped up in no time and was one of Emery's Christmas gifts. She turned 2 in August and I made the largest size. The teddy bear wore it until time to go next door. It's a good thing a photo was snapped of the bear! Capturing a pic of that wiggly Cutie Pie is quite tricky! ;-)
When Emery opened her present, she immediately put on the hat! It is slightly too big, but she loves it! I think the floppiness is adorable on her!
Doesn't she have the prettiest eyes? If you happen to be looking for a quick sew, this pretty lil hat is a fun one!
Did you get to sew any gifts this year?

Soon after Christmas, Japanese people start preparing for the year-end and New Year’s events.
ReplyDeleteCompared to Christmas, many of these events are based on Japanese tradition and are deeply related to religion.
The end-of-year party is called “bonenkai” in Japanese. “Bonen” means to forget (the worries of) the past year.
People are busy with events on New Year’s Eve.
That is an adorable hat (and a pretty cute model too!).
ReplyDeleteShe is sooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteSo, so cute, Marci, both the hat and the model.
