I found a spooky quote for you...
Saturday, Pea Ridge National Military park hosted an event called Searching for Arkansas's Legendary Beasts and Monsters that began just as the sun was setting.
There was a small bonfire and participants brought their own lawn chairs. One of the Park Rangers did a great job presenting family friendly scary stories from around our state. Children were encouraged to read index cards and pass out materials to the audience. One of the Moms attending brought a big bag of marshmallows and shared with all the kids. It was a nice twist for a Halloween celebration. We really enjoyed the evening!
