Fresh Paint


Welcome to our old rock farmhouse!



The front door recently received a fresh coat of paint!  The inside is clean white while the outside is this rich, dark (almost black) espresso brown.  In early morning light, it looks deep barn red.


Our amazing daughter created this lovely wreath as a gift to me for Mother's Day!

    My front door is Country Blue and I am really, really tired of it! It needs painting badly but I just can't decide what color to paint it. My house is a small ranch with grey vinyl siding and grey-painted brick on just the trim. It has a faux gable in front which has white faux shakes on it. So...what color? I know a red door is supposed to be auspicious according to Feng Shui rules, but I don't especially like red. I'm open to ideas.

    Mine is Yellow. Very close to a school bus yellow.
