You've seen Kansas windmill photos on my blog before HERE and THERE, but it's been a while. (I used to travel regularly to Wichita on business.) Kansas is a beautiful state filled with lovely people.
I am absolutely fascinated with all those windmills!
I am absolutely fascinated with all those windmills!
I used to have to work in Wichita myself. The most friendliest people for sure!
ReplyDeleteI love windmills and want one someday when i retire on a ranch. :)
There are lot in Pleasanton and Livermore California, Palm Springs too.
Nice pics. I have your peanut butter granola recipe in the oven right now! Can't wait to taste it. I'm making it crunchy all spread out on a cookie sheet and stirring every 15 minutes. :)
ReplyDeleteI am fascinated by windmill farms! I kind of want to go up on one just to see the view from there. Your pics are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures! I have a post on my blog called Doors, Doors, Doors, I hope you will stop by for a visit!

ReplyDeleteThese remind me of the windmills in California -- we see them when we drive over from AZ, and I've always been fascinated by them too. Loved your post--thanks for sharing at Snickerdoodle! :)
ReplyDeleteThey are SO big! Wow! I have heard of windmills but we don't have any around here, too many trees I guess. They look very cool. Thanks for sharing with us on Snickerdoodle Sunday! - Kristina
ReplyDeleteMarci, there are so many of these kinds of windmills down here in Texas. Especially out in west Texas, where the wind blows All. The. Time. :) Sometimes I think they kind of spoil the natural scenery, but you can't fault something that's so wonderfully GREEN! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your pics with us at Treasure Box Tuesday! Pinning! :)
