More Dish Towels from Drop Cloths

If you visit my blog very often, you might remember THIS POST where I was creating some Drop Cloth Dish Towels.  Well, I've been at it again and wanted to share them with you.  These were a gift to a sweet gal who likes blue and purple and specifically asked for butterflies.

Using a stencil along with paint pens and fabric markers, the drop cloth became customized dish towels one Saturday afternoon!

Here are some other projects made with drop cloths!Drop Cloth Curtains   and    Pillow Covers

What have you been creating?

  7. Nice! I'll have to go check out dropcloths again--the only ones I ever used were for a school play backdrop, and were much to heavy to be kitchen towels (and we needed sandbags to keep the backdrop stands from tipping!
