Tasha Tudor's Gingerbread
There are so many resources available online, sometimes I forget about my local library. Recently though, in my never ending quest to find recipes that include molasses, Tasha Tudor's Cookbook caught my attention.
Sure enough, her recipe for gingerbread included one full cup of molasses. The book was checked from the library and the recipe was followed.
It was delicious! Happy baking!

Oh yum! I love gingerbread and make some for every Christmas Eve! I'll have to check it out!
ReplyDeleteI've made this and it was wonderful. My children bought me that cookbook a few years ago and it is one of my favorites. Of course, anything Tasha Tudor would be my favorite~I'm a huge fan!
